Mayor Singh-Allen reported by 4 – 0 vote (Ayes: Singh- Allen, Brewer, Spease, and Suen; Absent: Robles ), the City Council authorized the City Attorney’s Office to defend the litigation matters of: 1) Sarn Fin Saechoo, et al. v. City of Elk Grove, et al.
United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, Civil Action No. 2:25-cv- 02715-SCR, and 2) Paula Carrie Rogers v. City of Elk Grove, et al. Sacramento County Superior Court Case No. 25CV022286.
