CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of January 28, 2026, to order at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh- Allen, Vice Mayor Suen , and Council Members Brewer , Robles, and Spease.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION
There were no public requests to speak.
The Assistant City Clerk announced the following closed session item prior to the City Council adjourning to closed session at 5:31 p.m.:

The City Council reconvened at 6:01 p.m. with all members present. Mayor Singh- Allen reported by 5 – 0 vote (Ayes: Singh-Allen, Suen, Brewer, Robles, and Spease), the City Council authorized the City Attorney’s Office to initiate litigation on one matter, the name of the defendant and case details were not subject to disclosure at this time, but once litigation was filed, the information would be disclosed upon inquiry.
ADJOURNMENT
With no additional business to conduct, the January 28, 2026, special City Council meeting was adjourned at 6:01 p.m.
