CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of March 11, 2026, to order at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen, Vice Mayor Suen, and Council Member Spease.
Absent: Council Members Brewer and Robles (Council Member Robles arrived at 5:37 p.m., and Council Member Brewer arrived at 5:40 p.m.).

There were no public requests to speak.
