Mayor Singh- Allen reported by 5 – 0 vote (Ayes: Singh-Allen, Suen, Robles, Brewer, and Spease), the City Council authorized the City Attorney’s Office to defend the litigation matter of Thi Thanh Quyen Nguyen v. Z Town Entertainment, LLC; City of Elk Grove, et al.
