CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of May 13, 2026, to order at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen, Vice Mayor Suen , and Council Members Robles and Spease.
Absent: Council Member Brewer (Council Member Brewer arrived at 5:40 p.m.).
CLOSED SESSION
There were no public requests to speak.
The City Clerk announced the following closed session items prior to the City Council adjourning to closed session at 5:31 p.m.:
