CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of May 27, 2026, to order at 5:31 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen, Vice Mayor Suen , and Council Members Robles and Spease.
Absent: Council Member Brewer (Council Member Brewer arrived at 5:45 p.m.).
CLOSED SESSION
There were no public requests to speak.
The City Clerk announced the following closed session item prior to the City Council adjourning to closed session at 5:31 p.m.:
A) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION:
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9:
One (1) Matter
Note: Council Member Brewer arrived at 5:45 p.m.
The City Council reconvened at 6:04 p.m. Mayor Singh-Allen announced that no reportable action was taken in closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
With no additional business to conduct, the May 27, 2026, special City Council meeting was adjourned at 6:04 p.m.
