CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of July 22, 2026, to order at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen and Council Members Brewer, Robles, and Spease.
Absent: Vice Mayor Suen.
CLOSED SESSION
There were no public requests to speak.
The City Clerk announced the following closed session items prior to the City Council adjourning to closed session at 5:31 p.m.:
A) CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS

The City Council reconvened at 6 :06 p.m. with Vice Mayor Suen absent.
Mayor Singh-Allen announced that no reportable action was taken in closed session.
