CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singh-Allen called the special City Council meeting of August 12, 2026 , to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Singh-Allen and Council Members Brewer and Spease.
Absent: Vice Mayor Suen and Council Member Robles (Vice Mayor Suen arrived at 5:09 p.m. and Council Member Robles arrived at 5:03 p.m.).
CLOSED SESSION
There were no public requests to speak.
The City Clerk announced the following closed session items prior to the City Council adjourning to closed session at 5:02 p.m.:
