The existing contract executed with WC³ for fiscal year 2021-2022, including the First Amendment, does not include the cost to provide plan check services for these projects. Therefore, Section 3B of the Professional Services Contract, “Compensation and Method of Payment”, should be revised from $1,633,700 to $2,975,494 an increase of $1,341,794, which is the cost to provide these services by WC³.

FISCAL IMPACT
Adjustments to the Building Division expenditure and revenue budgets to account for this contract amendment and these additional projects are included in the mid-year budget adjustment that will be presented to the City Council for approval on May 3, 2022.
