Dear Mayor and Council people:

Wareham Development, along with the City, were original founders of the EmeryGoRound.  I have personally sat on the Board for nearly two decades, often with a leadership position.  I was President at the time the PBID funding mechanism was renewed and private homeowners became payors into the system.  To represent the residential payors, the City council selects two individuals.  I wish to wholeheartedly recommend that you re‐select Betsy Cooley and Bobby Lee tonight as those two representatives.  I have had the pleasure to work with them both for a number of years.  I can personally attest that they are dedicated and valuable contributors to the important work of the Board in managing the essential EmeryGoRound system.  Their commitment is real and meaningful; they represent the interests of the residents well and are vital players in the working of the Board.  The City should be very grateful for their volunteer efforts.
