Monitored Davis-Bacon funded rehabilitation of EQ damaged multi-family buildings.
BUILDING INSPECTOR, LOS ANGELES BUILDING AND SAFETY, CA — 2000-2006 Building inspection of up to four housing units, member of Problem Properties Resolution Team, handled the top 5% of non-compliance cases in the San Fernando Valley. Program was lead by the LA City Attorney’s Office.
