Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Appointing _____ As Resident To Serve On The Alameda County Transportation Commission’s Paratransit Advisory And Planning Commission For A Term Commencing January 1, 2023, And Ending December 31, 2024; Publicly Noticing FPPC Form Number 806 As Required By FPPC Regulation 18705.5; And Amending The 2023 City Roster Of County, Regional And Statewide Bodies Accordingly
WHEREAS, the Alameda County Transportation Commission’s Paratransit Advisory and Planning Commission (“PAPCO”) has an upcoming vacancy for a Resident with a term commencing January 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2024; and WHEREAS, the upcoming vacancy on the PAPCO was announced and noticed pursuant to the terms of Government Code Section 54970 et. seq. (the “Maddy Act”); and WHEREAS, the City Council received applications from community members interested in serving on the PAPCO; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that _____ possesses the necessary qualifications to serve on the PAPCO; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that _____ is hereby appointed as Resident to serve on the Alameda County Transportation Commission’s Paratransit Advisory and Planning Commission for a term commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2024; and, be it, further
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that the FY2022-23 Local Roster of Boards, Commissions and Committees is hereby amended to include the aforementioned appointment.
