Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Appointing _____ As Large Business Representative For A Term Commencing December 20, 2022, And Ending June 30, 2024; Appointing _____ As Resident For A Term Commencing December 20, 2022, And Ending June 30, 2024; Appointing _____ As Small Business Representative For A Term Commencing December 20, 2022, And Ending June 30, 2024, To Serve On The Economic Development Advisory Committee; And Amending The FY2022-23 Local Roster Of Boards, Commissions And Committees Accordingly
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Advisory Committee has current vacancies for one Large Business Representative with a term scheduled to end as of June 30, 2024, one Resident with a term scheduled to end as of June 30, 2024, one Small Business Representative with a term scheduled to end as of June 30, 2024; and WHEREAS, the current vacancies on the Economic Development Advisory Committee were announced and noticed pursuant to the terms of Government Code Section 54970 et. seq. (the “Maddy Act”); and
WHEREAS, the City Council received applications from community members interested in serving on the Economic Development Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that _____, _____ and _____ possess the necessary qualifications to serve on the Economic Development Advisory Committee; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that _____ is hereby appointed as Large Business Representative to serve on the Economic Development Advisory Committee for a term commencing December 20, 2022, and ending June 30, 2024; and, be it, further
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that _____ is hereby appointed as Resident to serve on the Economic Development Advisory Committee for a term commencing December 20, 2022, and ending June 30, 2024; and, be it, further RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that _____ is hereby appointed as Small Business Representative to serve on the Economic Development Advisory Committee for a term commencing December 20, 2022, and ending June 30, 2024; and, be it, further
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that the FY2022-23 Local Roster of Boards, Commissions and Committees is hereby amended to include the aforementioned appointment.
