The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.

A motion was made by Vice Mayor Welch, seconded by Council Member Mourra, to approve the final agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:

4. EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS
Council Members Mourra and Priforce had phone conversations with applicants Eugene Tssui and Sukhdeep Kaur. Council Member Priforce and Mayor Bauters recieved emails from many members of the public.
5. PUBLIC COMMENT FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA
1. Brian Donahue asked why City Hall is locked down and not all areas are avaiable to the public.
2. Eugene Tssui commented on the amount of trash on sidewalks and in the street.

Cole Albon withdrew his application, Brady Goodwin and Lindsey Pfeiffer were not present for interviews. All other applicants went through the interview process with the City Council.
Public Comment:
- Betsy Cooley, Dianne Martinez, Harpreet Sandhu, and Scott Donahue all spoke in favor of Sukhdeep Kaur.
- Brian Donahue commented that at the last meeting the Council spent a lot of time determining how to keep certain people from interviewing. - 9 written comments were read into the record.
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Welch, seconded by Council Member Mourra, to approve a Resolution appointing Sukhdeep Kaur as a City Council Member. The motion carried by the following vote:
