Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Amending The Regular Meeting Schedule Of The Transportation Committee; And Amending The FY2022- 23 Local Roster Of Boards, Commissions And Committees Accordingly WHEREAS, on December 12, 2022, the City Council appointed new members to the Transportation Committee for Calendar Year 2023; and
WHEREAS, on January 15, 2023, Council Member Ally Medina resigned, thereby vacating her seat on the Committee; and
WHEREAS, on March 7, 2023, the City Council appointed a new member to the Transportation Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Committee Members requested an amendment to the regular meeting schedule of the Committee to convene at 3:00 PM on the 2nd Monday of every month, except in March 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Committee will convene a special meeting on March 9, 2023, at 3:00 PM; and
WHEREAS, the Committee will continue to meet at the Civic Center, located at 1333 Park Avenue, Emeryville, California, unless otherwise changed and noticed; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that the regular meeting schedule of the Transportation Committee shall be amended to convene at 3:00 PM on the 2nd Monday of every month, except in March; and, be it, further RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that the Transportation Committee will convene a special meeting on March 9, 2023, at 3:00 PM; and, be it, further
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that the Transportation Committee shall continue to meet at the Civic Center, located at 1333 Park Avenue, Emeryville, California, unless otherwise amended and noticed; and, be it, further RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that the FY2022-23 Local Roster of Boards, Commissions and Committees is hereby amended to reflect the amendment.
