Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Amending The Regular Meeting Schedule Of The Transportation Committee; And Amending The FY2022-23 Local Roster Of Boards, Commissions And Committees Accordingly Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the above-entitled Resolution.
Background
On December 12, 2022, the City Council appointed new members to the Transportation Committee. On January 15, 2023, former Council Member Ally Medina resigned from the City Council, thus vacating her seat on the Transportation Committee.
Discussion
On March 7, 2023, the City Council appointed a new member to the Transportation Committee. The Committee Members request an amendment to the Committee’s regular meeting schedule to convene at 3:00 PM on the 2nd Monday of every month, except in March 2023. The Committee will continue to meet at the Emeryville Civic Center, located at 1333 Park Avenue, Emeryville, California, unless otherwise changed and noticed.
The Committee will also convene a special meeting on March 9, 2023, at 3:00 PM, at 1333 Park Avenue, Emeryville, California, unless otherwise amended and noticed.

There is no fiscal impact.
