Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Amending The Regular Meeting Schedule Of The Sustainability Committee; And Amending The FY2022-23 Local Roster Of Boards, Commissions And Committees Accordingly WHEREAS, on March 7, 2023, the City Council amended the regular meeting schedule of the Transportation Committee to convene at 3:00 PM on the 2nd Monday of every month, meeting at the Civic Center, located at 1333 Park Avenue, Emeryville, California; and
WHEREAS, this schedule change created a conflict with the Sustainability Committee, which currently meets at 4:00 PM on the 2nd Monday of every two months at the Civic Center; and
WHEREAS, the members of the Sustainability Committee discussed and agreed to amend their regular meeting schedule to avoid further conflicts with the Transportation Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Committee wishes to amend their regular meeting schedule to convene at 4:00 PM on the 3rd Monday every two months; and
WHEREAS, the Sustainability Committee will continue to meet at the Civic Center, located at 1333 Park Avenue, Emeryville, California, unless otherwise amended and noticed; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that the regular meeting schedule of the Sustainability Committee shall be amended to convene at 4:00 PM on the 3 rd Monday of every two months; and, be it, further
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that the Sustainability Committee shall continue to meet at the Civic Center, located at 1333 Park Avenue, Emeryville, California, unless otherwise amended and noticed; and, be it, further RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that the FY2022-23 Local Roster of Boards, Commissions and Committees is hereby amended to reflect the amendment.
