Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Amending The Regular Meeting Schedule Of The Sustainability Committee; And Amending The FY2022-23 Local Roster Of Boards, Commissions And Committees Accordingly Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the above-entitled Resolution.
Background
On March 7, 2023, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 23-29, amending the regular meeting schedule of the Transportation Committee to the second Monday of each month at 3:00 p.m.at the Civic Center.
Discussion
The Sustainability Committee currently meets at 4:00 p.m. on the second Monday every two months at the Civic Center, which now creates a scheduling conflict in the meeting schedule for the Transportation Committee. To accommodate the recent change, the members of the Sustainability Committee agreed to amend their regular meeting schedule.
The Committee members request an amendment to the Sustainability Committee’s regular meeting schedule to convene at 4:00 p.m. on the third Monday every two months. The Committee will continue to meet at the Emeryville Civic Center, located at 1333 Park Avenue, Emeryville, California, unless otherwise amended and noticed.
