undergoing rapid change. Emeryville is a relatively
small city compared with its neighbors, but plays a key role in shaping the future for the East Bay. I'd like to join this committee in order to step up and offer my
perspective on the decisions we make as a community.

CAREER SUMMARY
Lucid Motors – Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist September 2022 - Present • Facilitate the creation, reporting, and approval of talent acquisition purchase activities totaling over $1,000,000 a year. • Develop, design and maintain third party worker program with over 50 individuals. • Provide systems and process support for business partners by documenting, researching and recommending solutions and improvements to existing problems within the talent acquisition business.
JobsOhio – Economic Development Project Coordinator January 2021 – September 2022 • Support JobsOhio, JobsOhio Network, and The Ohio Department of Development on over 200 economic development projects that created over 4,700 new jobs with an associate payroll of over $215,000,000 and over $4,000,000,000 in investment into the state.
• Provide client assistance through the JobsOhio grant award process, including application, approval, and grant contract support/negotiation for over $330,000,000 worth of incentives. • Lead weekly organization wide meeting to facilitate team communication and alignment for over 40 team members. • Administer Ohio’s largest DEI program (JobsOhio Inclusion Grant) to more than 60 small to medium businesses.
Highlights for Children – Marketing Data Analyst February 2019 – December 2020 • Lead telemarketing and magazine outside inserts business data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting to stakeholders for over 60 marketing campaigns utilizing Tableau dashboards and SQL querying language. • Tested and troubleshot the business database following a yearlong data conversion.
Heritage Ohio – Assistant Event Coordinator October 2016 – December 2018 • Advocated and market for historic preservation and community development events hosted by Heritage Ohio and its Main Street partners.
• Organized and coordinate the invitations to 150 attendees for the annual Appalachia Heritage Lunch. Guests include state representatives and senators as well as special honorees from across the state of Ohio.
City of Wilmington – Grant Development Intern Summer 2018 • Reviewed grant awarding process for over $300,000 in funds for the City Council’s “Beautification Grant”. • Drafted a 20-page proposal outlining eligibility requirements, application, and evaluation processes.
Energize Clinton County – Community Fellow Summer 2015
• Partnered with 3 local businesses to offer guidance and support toward various goals laid out by their leaders including website development and business strategizing.
