5-18.01 Hours of Operation.
It shall be a violation of the Emeryville Municipal Code, subject to administrative citation under Chapter 7 of Title 1 of this Code, unlawful for any person to conduct or operate a poolroom in any public place within the City between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the same day. Every person transacting and carrying on the business of a poolroom shall pay a business tax as set forth in Section 3-1.125 of this Code. (Sec. 23, Ord. 397, as amended by Sec. 2, Ord. 456, thereafter codified in Sec. 12.35, E.T.C., as amended by Ord. 76-09)
