9-7.1502 Penalties.
It shall be unlawful a violation of the Emeryville Municipal Code for any person to violate any provision or to fail to comply with any requirement of this title. Any person violating any provision of this title shall be punishable as set forth in Chapter 72 of Title 1. (Sec. 2 (Exh. A) (part), Ord. 13-001, eff. Mar. 7, 2013)
