Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Authorizing The City Manager To Execute A Third Amendment To The Contract With Regional Government Services To Increase The Total Contract Amount By $60,000 From $82,000 To $142,000 For Human Resources Consulting Services WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue engagement with Contractor for leave management consultation services; and
WHEREAS, the City finds that specialized knowledge, skills, and training are necessary to render the services necessary to continue the work provided; and WHEREAS, in December 2022, the City entered into agreement with Contractor for said services due to the Risk Analyst vacancy in the Human Resources department; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Emeryville authorizes the City Manager to execute a Third Amendment to the Contract with Regional Government Services to increase the total contract amount by $60,000 to $142,000, and all other terms and conditions of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
