Brian Donahue was removed for disruptive behavior in the Council Chamber at 8:53 p.m.
A motion was made by Mayor Bauters, seconded by Council Member Kaur, to appoint Courtney Welch as Mayor and David Mourra as Vice Mayor for a one year term expiring December 2024. The motion carried by the following vote:
