Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Accepting The Compliance Audit Reports For The Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2023 WHEREAS, conformance with sound governmental accounting standards and practices requires completion of an annual independent financial audit of the City of Emeryville; and
WHEREAS, an independent certified public accounting firm, Maze & Associates, has been engaged as the City’s auditor; and
WHEREAS, the auditors reviewed financial transactions recorded during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023 and found no instances of non-compliance with Measure B and Measure BB funding requirements, and Measure F Vehicle Registration Fee Program expenditure requirements; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Emeryville hereby accepts the Measure B, Measure BB and Measure F Vehicle Registration Fee Program compliance audit reports for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023 which are attached to the staff report prepared in connection with this item and are incorporated herein.
