Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Authorizing The City Manager To Issue A Purchase Order To Executech For The Renewal Of The Arctic Wolf Security Suite For A Period Of Up To Three Years And A Total Not To Exceed $173,748.97
WHEREAS, the City recognizes the need for a strong cybersecurity solution; and WHEREAS, the City contracts with Arctic Wolf to provide their full range of cybersecurity services; and
WHEREAS, Arctic Wolf has met the City’s performance and value expectations in fulfilling their contract; and
WHEREAS, Executech is the City’s chosen authorized reseller of the Arctic Wolf Security Suite; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to continue its relationship with Arctic Wolf; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Emeryville hereby authorizes the City Manager to issue a purchase order to Executech for the renewal of the Arctic Wolf Security Suite for a period of up to three years at a cost not to exceed $173.748.97.
