RESOLUTION NO. 25-06
Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Amending The Public Safety Committee And Community Services Committee Meeting Schedule To Every Other Month With Meetings In January, March, May, July, September, And November With A Regular Meeting Date And Time To Be Determined By The Committee Membership At Their First Meetings Each Year
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is more efficient for the Public Safety Committee and Community Services Committee to meet every other month in January, March, May, July, September, and November; and
WHEREAS, setting a regular meeting schedule by resolution is cumbersome as the membership changes each year and this practice leaves little room for flexibility; and WHEREAS, the new members of the Public Safety Committee and Community Services Committee should have the flexibility to determine their own regular meeting schedules at their first meeting of each year, and have the ability to amend it as necessary; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that the Public Safety Committee and Community Service Committee shall meet every other month in January, March, May, July, September, and November and, be it, further RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville that the Public Safety Committee and Community Services Committee will determine a regular meeting schedule date and time at their first meeting of each year.
