Installation is simplified by utilizing a flat mounting design and polarized locking connectors for option boards. This design eliminates the need for racks and side connectors. The flat mounting of the option boards also provides for easier access to the terminal blocks for connection of electrified devices (such as electrified strikes, electromagnetic locks, card readers, etc.). Common to the line of PS900 Series power supplies is a constant output rating at both 12v and 24v settings, universal 120 VAC to 240 VAC input, and polarized option board connectors. Note:
Onsite installation of (1) SMB UPS or PDU up to 20 Lb. The technician will install, plugin, and label a UPS or a PDU as a stand-alone or rackmounted onsite and test using existing power infrastructure. The UPS/PDU will be installed based on the manufacturer's recommendations and be patched for up to feasible capacity. The services will not include alert configurations, monitoring services, or 3rd party application integration, firmware updates, or configuration changes. The technician will dismount any existing UPS/PDU equipment installed at the location and mount the new unit on the existing rack if available. The location must be up to par with the standards of the network equipment installation environment.
Power transformers, plug converter cables, and customized mounting brackets are not included. **Proper electrical power must be located within 4' of the network UPS/PDU install location. Contract Administration Fees:
*Multiple Award Schedule contract fees and Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) payments are critical components of contract compliance and contract maintenance. Government agencies prefer to procure through the MAS programs such as CMAS, GSA, PPEPM, and others incur the IFF because of the resulting benefits, particularly compared to the cost of the customer staff time needed to award a new procurement. The Industrial Funding Fee is a fee to cover the cost of operating the Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) or other programs. This fee is a fixed percentage of reported sales in the Scheduled contracts that are paid quarterly by contractors. Each MSA Program fee varies depending on the IFF schedule published by the authoritative entity.

Objective: Emery Unified School District has requested installing a Verkada Access Control and Intercom System to enhance facility security and streamline entry management. This project includes deploying Verkada TD53 Video Intercoms, AC42 Door Controllers, and related components, all managed through Verkada’s cloud-based Command platform.
1. Site Survey and Planning:
Conduct a site survey to confirm door locations and assess cabling requirements. Plan installation points for Verkada TD53 Video Intercoms and AC42 Door Controllers. Coordinate with district staff to minimize disruption during installation.
2. Equipment Installation:
Verkada Intercom System:
Install 3 Verkada TD53 Video Intercoms at designated entry points. Mount intercoms using Verkada TD53 Angle Mounts for optimal visibility. Connect devices to the existing network infrastructure using PoE.
Verkada Access Control System:
Install 5 Verkada AC42 4-Door Controllers to manage door access. Install Wireless Lock Hubs for Allegion/Schlage AD Locks integration. Deploy Battery Backup Systems (Schlage 900-BBK and SLA Batteries) to maintain system functionality during power outages.

Verkada’s badge printing software is a modern, simplified way to design and print employee and student badges.
With badge printing, Verkada Access Control customers
can now easily design, print and administer credentials across both physical badges and the Verkada Pass App,
directly through Verkada Command.
Simplified Badge Printing
By embedding badge printing software within Verkada’s user interface, customers can now manage the entire workflow with Verkada Command, saving time and software costs. Customers can design and print badges that leverage existing user profiles, active directory integrations, and of course, access control configurations --- all from Verkada Command.
Printer Agnostic
Verkada’s badge printing solution is also printer agnostic, and is compatible with most popular badge printers. Customers simply need to ensure that the badge printer driver is correctly installed on their computer and that their browser is able to recognize it. For customers without an existing badge printer, we have a recommended list of printers available on the Verkada Docs Page of our website.
Automated Profiles with SCIM
Verkada’s badge printing software extends the capabilities of Verkada Access Control and Automated user creation through Verkada’s SCIM integration and bulk user import functionality. Verkada Access Control customers can automatically synchronize their user profiles from single sign–on service providers like Okta and Azure Active Directory to more easily manage and manage user credentials.
Verkada Prox and NFC Cards
Verkada badge printing can print to any standard badge type supported on Verkada Access control --a full list is available here. Verkada also has Verkada Prox Cards, which are now available for sale, and is actively developing Verkada NFC cards, which will be available for customer purchase later this year.
