Re: Swimming Pool Resurface
We hereby submit the following proposal for the resurface of the swimming pool located at 1170 - 47th Street, Emeryville, CA. Unless otherwise specified, all work quoted includes labor and materials. This is a PREVAILING WAGE JOB.
Obtain Permits - Costs of permits to be reimbursed at cost • Drain Pool - drill relief holes
• Sawcut around targets and racing lanes to save
• Install new tile trim
• Repair and replace damaged tile around perimeter
• Hydroblast pool using 40,000 PSI to remove any loose or soft plaster • Replaster pool with 2 coats of white plaster
Install new main drain grates
Total Proposal $78,800
