Ordinance Amending Section 4-9.01 Of The Emeryville Municipal Code To Combine The Transportation Committee And The Sustainability Committee, With Expanded Oversight, Rename It The Transportation And Sustainability Committee, And Delete Reference to City Staff CEQA Determination: Not A Project And Exempt Pursuant To CEQA Guidelines Sections 15378(b)(5) and 15061(b)(3) Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council approve and adopt the attached Ordinance amending Section 4-9.01 of the Emeryville Municipal Code.
Discussion
On January 21, 2025, the City Council introduced and waived first reading of the above-described Ordinance (Attachment 1).
The staff report for the January 21, 2025, City Council meeting, which provides a detailed explanation of the proposed Ordinance, is attached (Attachment 2) for reference. recommendation
Staff recommends that the Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
