Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Authorizing An Amendment To The Classification And Compensation Plan To Add A Human Resources Analyst And Senior Human Resources Analyst Classification With A Monthly Salary Range Of $9,288 To - $12,537 And Approving An Amendment To The City’s Compensation Plan In Conformance With California Code Of Regulations Title 2, Section 570.5
WHEREAS, on May 7, 2024, the Classification and Compensation Plan was amended by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, since the amendment to the Classification and Compensation Plan, a need was identified to create a Human Resources Analyst and Senior Human Resources Analyst classification to properly classify individuals hired within the Human Resources Department;
WHEREAS, the pay rate range has been set at a monthly rate of $9,288 to - $12,537 in the Classification and Compensation Plan; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville hereby approves an amendment to the Classification and Compensation Plan to add a Human Resources Analyst and Senior Human Resources Analyst classification with a monthly salary range of $9,288 to - $12,537.
