City Council Strategic Planning Session Outcomes Report Recommendation
The City Manager recommends that the City Council review and receive the attached report.
Discussion
On March 21, 2025, the City Council held a Strategic Planning Session facilitated by Raftelis. The session was attended by the five Council Members, the City Manager, the City Attorney, the Executive Team, and several department managers.
During the session, the City Council reviewed governance roles and practices, shared long-term visions, discussed existing Council priorities, achieved consensus on four multi-year goals, and established four priority projects. All of these outcomes are detailed in the attached report.
