From 1998-2024, she oversaw all advertising, marketing and public relations programs, and community relations for Wareham’s corporate goals and for its entire portfolio with an emphasis on its Class A research campuses in Emeryville and Berkeley. In 2024, she has focused on the duties of Director of Community Relations. She also manages Wareham’s large art collection throughout all its buildings in four cities.
Prior to joining Wareham Development, Ms. Wetterer was marketing manager at Graham, Anderson, Probst & White, one of Chicago’s oldest architectural firms.
