Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Amending The City Of Emeryville Investment Policy To Provide Quarterly Investment Reports WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 24-111 Adopting the Annual Statement of Investment Policy on September 3, 2024; and WHEREAS, the approved 2023-25 and 2025-27 City budgets included a Finance Department goal to revise the City Investment Policy Reporting format from Monthly Letters to the City Council to a Quarterly Investment Report to the City Council; and WHEREAS, amending the current Investment Policy to change from monthly to quarterly reporting promotes efficiency and transparency in reporting and is consistent with the provisions of California Government Code Section 53646 (b)(1); now therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Emeryville hereby amends the City of Emeryville Statement of Investment Policy as shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
