Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Emeryville Consenting To The Designation Of An ADA Disabled Parking Zone At 4515 Hubbard Street WHEREAS, Emeryville Municipal Code (EMC) Section 4-9.17(e) authorizes the Transportation Committee, with the consent of the City Council, to designate any portion of a street as a “disabled persons parking zone”; and
WHEREAS, the City received an application for an ADA Disabled Parking Zone from Idowu Koyejo, a resident and business owner at 4515 Hubbard Street; and WHEREAS, on September 9, 2025, the Transportation and Sustainability Committee approved the request and forwarded the request to the City Council for consent pursuant to EMC Section 4-9.17(e); and
WHEREAS, the public was provided notice of the proposed action 72 hours in advance of the October 21, 2025 City Council meeting with notices posted at the subject parking zone location; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Emeryville consents to the designation of an ADA Disabled Parking Zone at 4515 Hubbard Street.
