CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Blakespear called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M.
Present: Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear, Deputy Mayor Joe Mosca, Council Members Kellie Shay Hinze (teleconferencing from 4800 Hanlei Plantation Road, Apt. 213, Princeville, Hi 96722), Tony Kranz and Joy Lyndes
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Antil, Assistant City Manager Campbell, City Attorney Devaney, Assistant City Attorney Richard Romero (Items 1, 2, 3 &4), Special Counsel Mitch Dean (Items 1, 2, & 3), Development Service Director Sapa'u, Director of Administrative Services Schwarm, Code Enforcement Officer Jemison, City Clerk Hollywood and Deputy City Clerk Bingham There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

City Clerk Hollywood announced that the report out of Closed Session would take place at the Regular City Council meeting scheduled for January 19, 2022, 6:00 P.M.
