CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Blakespear called the meeting to order at 2:01 P.M.
Present: Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear, Deputy Mayor Joe Mosca, Council Members Kelly Shay Hinze, Tony Kranz, and `Joy Lyndes (arrived at 2:04 P.M.)
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Antil and City Clerk Hollywood There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Council adjourned into Closed Session at 2:02 P.M.
