CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Deputy Mayor Mosca called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.
Present: Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear (arrived at 9:25 a.m.), Deputy Mayor Joe Mosca, Council Members Kelly Shay Hinze, Tony Kranz, and Joy Lyndes (arrived at 9:10 a.m.)
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Antil, Director of Administration Services Schwarm, and City Clerk Hollywood
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Council adjourned into Closed Session at 9:06 a.m.
