CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Blakespear called the meeting to order at 2:03 p.m.
Present: Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear, Deputy Mayor Joe Mosca, Council Members Kelly Shay Hinze, Tony Kranz (arrived at 2:06 p.m.), and Joy Lyndes
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Antil, Assistant City Manager Campbell, City Attorney Devaney, Assistant City Attorney Schultz (Item #1), Director of Human Resources Bokosky (Item #2), Director of Administrative Services Schwarm, Director of Development Services Sapa'u (Item #1), Special Counsel Dolores Dalton and Barbara Kautz (Item #1), and City Clerk Hollywood There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
