Mayor Blakespear called the meeting to order at 4:31 P.M.
Present: Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear, Deputy Mayor Joe Mosca (arrived at 4:39 P.M.), Council Members Kellie Shay Hinze, Tony Kranz and Joy Lyndes (arrived at 4:35 P.M.)
Absent: None
