CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Blakespear called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m.
Present: Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear, Deputy Mayor Joe Mosca, Council Members Kellie Shay Hinze, Tony Kranz, and Joy Lyndes
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Antil, Deputy City Clerk Weichers, Facilitator Nicole Lance There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
AGENDA ITEMS
1. Continued City Council Strategy Workshop. Contact Person: City Manager Antil Recommended Action: Mayor, City Council, City Manager, City Attorney and Assistant City Manager to discuss organizational strategic objectives, goals, and desired outcomes for the future.
Facilitator Nicole Lance provided an overview of the workshop format and objectives.
The Mayor, City Council, and City Manager, discussed and identified strategic objectives, goals and desired outcomes for the future.
