MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Blakespear called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear, Deputy Mayor Mosca, Council Members Tony Kranz and Joy Lyndes
Absent: Council Member Kellie Shay Hinze
Also present: City Manager Antil, Assistant City Manager Campbell, City Attorney Preziosi, Director of Administrative Services Schwarm, Development Services Director Sapa'u, Amanda Jade from the City Attorney's Office, Deputy City Clerk Weichers, and City Clerk Hollywood
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
At the 6:00 p.m. Regular City Council meeting, City Attorney Preziosi reported that the City Council held a Closed Session at 5:00 p.m., to consider one item and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Blakespear adjourned the meeting at 5:33 p.m.
