CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Blakespear called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear, Deputy Mayor Mosca, Council Members Tony Kranz and Joy Lyndes
Absent: Council Member Kellie Shay Hinze
Also present: City Manager Antil, Assistant City Manager Campbell, Director of Administrative Services Schwarm, Special Counsel Tim Davis, Special Counsel Mark Wilson, Deputy City Clerk Weichers, and Program Coordinator Rapp
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
