CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Blakespear called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear, Deputy Mayor Mosca, Council Members Tony Kranz and Joy Lyndes
Absent: Council Member Kellie Shay Hinze
Also present: Acting City Manager Sapa'u, City Attorney Preziosi, Director of Administrative Services Schwarm, Planning Manager Gates, City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

At the 6:00 p.m., Regular City Council meeting, City Attorney Preziosi reported that the City Council held a Closed Session to consider one item and there was no reportable action.

Mayor Blakespear adjourned the meeting at 4:44 p.m.
