MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Blakespear called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear, Deputy Mayor Mosca, Council Members Kellie Shay Hinze, Tony Kranz, and Joy Lyndes
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Antil, City Attorney Preziosi, Deputy City Clerk Weichers, and Program Coordinator Rapp
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

TITLE: City Manager
There were no public speakers.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:01 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
At the October 12, 2022, 6:00 p.m., Regular City Council meeting, City Attorney Preziosi reported that the City Council held a Closed Session on October 5, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. to consider one item and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Blakespear adjourned the meeting at 5:15 p.m.
