CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Blakespear called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.
Present: Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear, Deputy Mayor Mosca, Council Members Kellie Shay Hinze, Tony Kranz, and Joy Lyndes (arrived at 4:13 p.m.)
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Antil, City Attorney Preziosi (items 1-2), Director of Administrative Services Schwarm (items 1-2), Assistant City Manager Campbell (Items 1-2), Director of Engineering Bankston (Items 1-2), Deputy City Clerk Weichers, and City Clerk Hollywood
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
At the 6:00 p.m., Regular City Council meeting, City Attorney Preziosi reported that the City Council held a Closed Session at 4:00 p.m., to consider three items and there were no reportable actions for Items 1-2. For Item 3 there was consensus by the Council to agendize an amendment and extension to the City Manager's contract at a future Council meeting.
