MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
JANUARY 25, 2023, 5:00 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes, Council Members Allison Blackwell, Bruce Ehlers, and Kellie Shay Hinze
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Antil (Items 1-2), City Attorney Preziosi (Items 1-2), Associate City Attorney Amanda Pope (Item 1), Assistant City Manager Campbell (Items 1-2), Director of Administrative Services Schwarm (Items 1-2), Development Services Director Sapa’u (Item 1), Special Counsel Tim Davis (Item 2), City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
