MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes, Council Members Allison Blackwell, Bruce Ehlers, and Kellie Shay Hinze
Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Antil, City Attorney Preziosi, Director of Administrative Services Schwarm, City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:31 p.m. (No other attendees in closed session).
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
At the 6:00 p.m., Regular City Council meeting, City Attorney Preziosi reported that the City Council held a Closed Session at 4:30 p.m., to consider two items, and there were no reportable actions.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Kranz adjourned the meeting at 6:03 p.m.
