MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes, Council Members Allison Blackwell, Bruce Ehlers, and Kellie Shay Hinze
Absent: None
Also present: City Attorney Preziosi, City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

1. CLOSED SESSION: PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AUTHORITY: Government Code Section 54957
TITLE: City Attorney
There were no public speakers.
Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 3:01 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Kranz reported at the 6:00 p.m., regular City Council meeting that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 3:00 p.m., to consider one item (City Attorney Evaluation) and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Kranz adjourned the meeting at 3:58 p.m.
