MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 5, 2023, 5:00 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes, Council Members Allison Blackwell, Bruce Ehlers, and Kellie Shay Hinze
Absent: None
Also present: Acting City Manager/Assistant City Manager Campbell, City Attorney Preziosi, Development Services Director, Sapa’u, Director of Administrative Services Schwarm, Deputy City Clerk Weichers, and Program Coordinator Rapp
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

There were no public speakers.
Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:02 p.m.
Mayor and City Council reconvened the meeting into open session at 5:54 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Preziosi reported that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 5:00 p.m., to consider one item and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Kranz adjourned the meeting at 5:55 p.m.
