MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 20, 2023, 5:30 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kranz called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Tony Kranz, Deputy Mayor Joy Lyndes, Council Members Allison Blackwell and Kellie Shay Hinze
Absent: Council Member Bruce Ehlers
Also present: City Manager Antil, City Attorney Preziosi, Director of Administrative Services Schwarm, City Clerk Hollywood, and Deputy City Clerk Weichers
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

There were no public speakers.
Mayor and City Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:32 p.m.
Mayor and City Council reconvened the meeting into open session at 6:11 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Preziosi reported that the City Council held a Closed Session at approximately 5:35 p.m., to consider one item and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Kranz adjourned the meeting at 6:13 p.m.
